    We offer a 14 day return policy, which means that you have the ability to try your product(s) on at home, and can send them back to us within 14 days - starting from the day that you receive your order. You will be given a full refund of the product(s) if the glasses are in the same condition as when you received them*.

    *Subject to the following conditions:

    - The product(s) must be returned in their entirety
    - The product(s) must not be damaged

     

    EUROPE:

    Send an email to [email protected] specifying RETURN in the subject. Once the return has been approved, we will organize for the courier to pick the package up from your chosen address. Make sure you include a copy of the Order Confirmation in the package. We will refund you using the same payment method you selected when you made your purchase within 30 days of receiving the package. We will let you know as soon as we have made the full refund. If you have been incorrectly refunded, please get in touch with our Customer Service as soon as possible and we will help you.

     

    OUTSIDE OF EUROPE:

    Send an email to [email protected] specifying RETURN in the subject. Once the return has been approved, we will provide you further details on how to proceed. Make sure you include a copy of the Order Confirmation in the package. We will refund you using the same payment method you selected when you made your purchase within 30 days of receiving the package. We will let you know as soon as we have made the full refund.
