Asmara II is an audacious reinterpretation of the iconic Asmara, one of the first models designed by Luca Gnecchi Ruscone after he discovered some old military frames in the warehouse of Ottica Bini - the store owned by his grandfather, Raffaello Bini – that is still today one of the brand’s best seller.
The new interpretation of this masculine, retro-influenced frame is more aggressive and contemporary, thanks to the thicker acetate frame, the slight milling on the bridge and the sharp keyhole nose bridge.
